- A hair length of around 5–7 mm is ideal.
- After shaving, allow approximately 10–14 days of growth.
- Gently exfoliate 1–2 days before your appointment.
- Avoid heavy oils or creams on the treatment area on the day.
After
- Avoid hot baths, saunas and steam rooms for around 24 hours.
- Avoid intense exercise, swimming and sunbeds immediately after treatment.
- Choose loose, comfortable clothing where possible.
- Use gentle exfoliation between appointments to help prevent ingrown hairs.
